To sign in with your TV provider, navigate to "Account" in the menu within the Nat Geo TV app, select "TV Provider" and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will receive step by step instructions to verify your account by using any computer or mobile device. Your TV-connected device will provide you with a unique 7-character activation code that you will need in the verification process.
Follow the steps below to verify your account:
- Visit nationalgeographic.com/tv/activate on your computer or mobile device
- Enter the activation code from your TV screen and select Continue
- Select your TV provider
- Sign in with your TV provider
- If your sign in is successful, your full episode playback or live stream will play automatically
If the activation code doesn't work, the code has expired. To receive a new code, select the "refresh code" button from the "ACTIVATE" screen on the TV-connected device.
If the code does not refresh, exit the "ACTIVATE" screen by pressing "back" on your remote, and select "Verify Your TV Provider" under the "Settings" menu.
Once you have the new code, follow the steps above to activate.
