You may only manage your account — including modifying your password, profile details, and communications preferences — from the Nat Geo TV website.

How do I change my email address?
If you would like to change the email address associated with your account, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to NationalGeographic.com/TV
- Click the Login dropdown menu in the top right corner of the navigation bar
- Select Log in to Account
- Enter your MyDisney login information to reload the Nat Geo TV home page with your account information
- In the top right corner of the navigation bar, click on the dropdown menu next to the account owner’s name
- Select Manage Account and then click on the Manage Account button that appears
- Select the arrow button next to the email address currently associated with your account
- An email with a one-time 6-digit passcode will be sent to the email address currently associated with your account
- In the Enter Code box, enter the 6-digit passcode and select Continue
- If you do not receive an email containing a 6-digit passcode, click on the Resend code link
- Enter the new email address you would like to associate with your account
- Updating your email address on Nat Geo TV will also update your MyDisney login information
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your Nat Geo TV password, please take the following steps to regain access to Nat Geo TV:
- Go to NationalGeographic.com/TV
- Click the Login dropdown menu in the top right corner of the navigation bar
- Select Log In to Account
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Select Continue
- Click on the Having trouble logging in? Send a one-time code link
- An email with a one-time 6-digit passcode will be sent to the email address associated with your account
- In the Enter Code box, enter the six-digit passcode and select Continue
- If you do not receive an email containing a six-digit passcode, click on the Resend code link
- Select Continue or Change password to immediately access content on Nat Geo TV, or select Reset Password to create a new password
- Updating your password on Nat Geo TV will also update your MyDisney login information
Once you are logged in, you may also change your password by navigating to Manage Account (open the dropdown menu next to the account owner’s name in the top right corner of the navigation bar).
How do I modify my profile information?
To modify your Nat Geo TV profile information — including your mobile number, first and last names, gender, and country/region of residence — please take the following steps:
- Go to NationalGeographic.com/TV
- Click the Login dropdown menu in the top right corner of the navigation bar
- Select Log in to Account
- Enter your MyDisney login information to reload the Nat Geo TV home page with your profile details
- In the top right corner of the navigation bar, click on the dropdown menu next to the account owner’s name
- Select Manage Account and then click on the Manage Account button that appears
- Update your profile information as desired
- As applicable, click on the Edit buttons to confirm your choices.
